Replacement and Refund Policy

At Tejvik Collections (Tejaswi), we do not offer refunds or returns. However, in the case of damaged items, we will replace them. If the same item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

Eligibility for Replacement

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be reported as damaged upon receipt with valid proof (e.g., photos and video).

If the same item is unavailable, a refund will be credited within 7 business days in to your original payment method.

Shipping and Cancellation Policy

Shipping

We ship to all states in India.

Ordered items will be delivered in Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days; express shipping takes 2-3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if the product is out of stock. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
